Thanksgiving Day 2013

I'm not doing a traditional Thanksgiving Day dinner this year....My menu:

Lasagna and Cheesy Garlic Bread
Roasted Beets with Balsamic Glaze
Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Rosemary
Parmesan Asparagus
Cauliflower Mash

I don't know what I'm doing for desert yet. Maybe sweet potato pie?!
