Low Carb Wednesday (less than 50 carbs all day)
Fruit and Veggie Thursday
Fasting Friday

This is my new diet.....

I made it all day with no intentional sugars (I did have a little jelly on my breakfast sandwich and I'm sure there was some sugar in the salad dressing I ate, but no sweets, cookies, cakes, pies, etc).

I can't wait until tomorrow....
